Tsuru Bao Kit – Crispy Pork Knuckle
- 1x Pork Knuckle (Cured & fully cooked)
- 10x Bao buns
- 1x Tub of Japanese mayo
- 1x Tub of Chipotle mayo
- 1x Tub of Chilli paste
- 1x Pack of shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1x Pack of cut shallots

Note: Pork knuckle needs about 1-1.5hr in the oven to crisp up the skin. In terms of prep time, this kit will take longer to complete compared to other bao kits which usually take less than 30 min from unboxing to serving.
