FOOD TRUCK CATERING

At some outdoor and remote locations, Eat Drink Collective has the capability to operate with a mobile kitchen or our fleet of gourmet food trucks. Eat Drink Collective assists with administration, permits, compliances, logistics, site-management and financial aspects of operations.

Our vehicles attend major large-scale events and remote locations where we serve out of our vehicles to feed the thousand atendees. We are fully self-contained with power and water and our menus can be tailored suit any dietary requirements, and on some occasions have been tweaked to fit the theme.

Our dedicated team are also more than happy to dress the part!
