ORDERS & DELIVERY
We deliver Tuesday - Saturday (except for some special occasions i.e. Mother’s Day etc), currently servicing Sydney Metro only with 20km radius from our Mascot Headquarters.
Each order needs to meet a minimum spend of $50, and standard delivery fee is $13, $25 or $39 depending on your postcode.

Orders must be placed before 11am 2 days before your delivery date. For example, orders for Tuesday must be placed before 11am on Sunday. Orders for Monday must be placed before Saturday 11am. Should you require an urgent delivery with less than 2 business days’ notice please email eatdrinkcollective@gmail.com, or leave a voicemail message at 02 80767688. We check our emails and voicemails throughout the day and a team member will be in touch.
Orders will be delivered between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Deliveries required outside these hours are subject to additional charges.
Any changes to your order require 48 hours notice and must be emailed through to eatdrinkcollective@gmail.com, or leave a voicemail message at 02 80767688
In order to provide the best quality meals, we may substitute some seasonal items due to availability and you will be notified of such change.
PAYMENT & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Full payment is required upon ordering to finalise the order.
Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed and paid in full. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, your order will not be refunded. If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice you will receive a 50% refund of your total order value.

Your offer to purchase is subject to acceptance of your offer by the holder of the Liquor Licence, certification and evidence of you being over 18 years of age, the availability of stock and the liquor which is the subject matter of your offer being ascertained and appropriated at the above mentioned licensed premises.
