About Us
Eat Drink Collective lives and breathes food. Our love of reinventing classics in often the most whimsical ways imaginable has won us a praise too many. At the Great Australian Sandwichship held at the Fine Food Show in 2012, the Balinese lemongrass chicken roll was awarded Australia’s Best Lunch Roll. The Eat Drink Collective philosophy is simple, that food should be visually as exquisite as it tastes.
We sit on the Board of a not-for-profit organization Street Artistry Incorporated as Food ambassador where we devote our time pursuing the one cause that is Food without Prejudice. Together with the rest of the Board and many of its tireless volunteers, the organization has helped to feed many of the city’s underprivileged.
Currently holding 1 of the 10 licenses for the first ever Sydney Food Trucks in Sydney with our Asian-street-food Tsuru, we constantly promote the essence of eating street-style. Tsuru food truck has, in the short time since its inception, built a strong cult following and is growing by the day.
We have catered at major events for Coca Cola, Oz Harvest, Mardi Gras, Sydney Festival, and City of Sydney, among many other clients.
