Steamed buns are at the heart of Tsuru’s award-winning menu, a local interpretation of Pan-Asian street food that promises to be always fresh, alive with flavours, fast and easy to eat on the go.

Shaped like a half-moon, the soft pillowy steamed buns sandwich a variety of fillings – from the signature BBQ Pork Belly Bun, BBQ Chicken Teriyaki to roast duck with lychees and our infamous vegetarian option Shiitake & Teriyaki Tofu Bun. The toppings are also available to be served on beds of steamed jasmine rice, our signature Tsuru chips and fresh salad.

MOBILE CATERING & CONCESSIONAIRES

At some outdoor and remote locations, Eat Drink Collective has the capability to operate with a mobile kitchen or our fleet of gourmet food trucks and food carts. Eat Drink Collective assists with administration, permits, compliances, logistics, site-management and financial aspects of operations.

Our vehicles attend major large-scale events and remote locations where we serve out of our vehicles to feed the thousand attendees. We are fully self-contained with power and water and our menus can be tailored suit any dietary requirements, and on some occasions have been tweaked to fit the theme. Our dedicated team are also more than happy to dress the part!
